N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha dyqanet q\u00eb tregtojn\u00eb peshk, asnj\u00ebri prej tyre nuk deklaron peshk nga importi. Etiketat e origjin\u00ebs mungojn\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do rast, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha mungon data e skadenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nga vjen peshku?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbi 1 ton\u00eb peshk u importua nga Kin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2017. Anijes iu desh m\u00eb shum\u00eb dy muaj t\u00eb mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Portin e Durr\u00ebsit por n\u00eb dogan\u00ebn shqiptare ai \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar n\u00eb z\u00ebrin peshk i fresk\u00ebt ose i ftoht\u00eb. Ligjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare peshk t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt ose t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb mund ta konsiderojn\u00eb n\u00eb ngr\u00ebnsh\u00ebm vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr 12 dit\u00eb. M\u00eb pas ai skadon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peshku kinez nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sasia e vetme importuar q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konsumuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Dokumentet zyrtare q\u00eb \u201cTirana Times\u201d mundi t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb, tregojn\u00eb se sasia e peshkut q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria importon \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se sa sasia e eksportit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lista e importit kryesohet n\u00eb vler\u00eb e n\u00eb pesh\u00eb nga Spanja, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar me Kroacin\u00eb, Groenland\u00ebn, Italin\u00eb, Kanadan\u00eb, Greqin\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e 49 shteteve p\u00ebrfshihet edhe Kosova dhe Maqedonia, vende q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb det. 3 ton\u00eb peshk u importuan edhe nga Kosova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave doganore, gjat\u00eb vitin 2017 u importua p\u00ebr konsum t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm rreth 2 247 ton peshk . N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vit, z\u00ebri i eksporteve nga prodhimi vendas deklarohet rreth 2 017 ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr vitin 2018 sasia e peshkut t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt ose t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb q\u00eb kemi marr\u00eb nga jasht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 2 213 ton, nd\u00ebrsa sasia e eksportuar \u00ebsht\u00eb 3 048 ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb shifrat e larta t\u00eb eksporti vler\u00ebsohen si sukses. Niko Peleshi, kryetari i Komisionit t\u00eb Kuvendit p\u00ebr Veprimtarin\u00eb Prodhuese, Tregtin\u00eb dhe Mjedisin, nga foltorja e Parlamentit u krenua se Shqip\u00ebria po eksportonte peshk n\u00eb Norvegji e Finland\u00eb, e se sipas tij, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat regjistrojn\u00eb eksporte me dy shifra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn parlamentare, ku diskutohej disa ndryshime n\u00eb Ligjin \u201cP\u00ebr peshkimin\u201d, q\u00eb synoi formalizmin e peshkimit artizanal dhe ndalimin e peshkimit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm, ish Ministri i Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb foli p\u00ebr eksportet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb vitin 2017 eksportet e peshkut u rrit\u00ebn me 35% dhe n\u00eb vitin 2018 u rrit\u00ebn me 25%, nd\u00ebrsa investimet n\u00eb industrin\u00eb e peshkut llogaritet n\u00eb 39 milion\u00eb euro ku jan\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar mbi 3 mij\u00eb njer\u00ebz\u201d- deklaroi Peleshi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaq optimist nuk jan\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt dhe prodhuesit n\u00eb vend. Ata i than\u00eb Tirana Times se ky lloj shk\u00ebmbimi tregtar ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb konsumojn\u00eb peshk jasht\u00eb standardeve. Sasia e peshkut q\u00eb ne marrim nga jasht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se ajo q\u00eb prodhojm\u00eb n\u00eb vend. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb dy n\u00eb tre peshq q\u00eb ne blejm\u00eb n\u00eb dyqan jan\u00eb t\u00eb importit. Por ato na shiten si prodhim vendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Jasht\u00eb standardeve<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muharrem Jazaj ka nj\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb merret me prodhimin e peshkut. Ai menaxhon nj\u00eb ferm\u00eb n\u00eb jug t\u00eb vendit, n\u00eb Karaburun e tregon se peshkun e prodhuar n\u00eb rezervatin e tij e shoq\u00ebron me certifikat\u00eb ku sh\u00ebnohet data e vjeljes dhe e skandenc\u00ebs. Por si p\u00ebr \u00e7udi, kur peshku i tij shkon n\u00eb dyqanet e pakic\u00ebs humbet gjurmueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb. \u201cN\u00ebse ua k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb k\u00ebto elemente sigurie dyqaneve, shit\u00ebsit ngren\u00eb supet\u201d- thot\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cTirana Times\u201d fermeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prodhuesi nga Vlora, z. Jazaj thot\u00eb se peshku q\u00eb hyn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk ka as sigurin\u00eb dhe as cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e duhur, sidomos peshku q\u00eb vjen i ngrir\u00eb. \u201cPeshku \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngrir\u00eb me vite, dhe jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk ka vlera ushqyese por p\u00ebrb\u00ebn rrezik p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin. Dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr konsumatori nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbrojtur nga ky produkt, derisa nuk ekziston ligji p\u00ebr kontrollin e produkteve t\u00eb detit\u201d- rr\u00ebfen Jazaj i cili ka se ka par\u00eb me syt\u00eb e tij se peshku i importuar tregtohet si prodhim vendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKam mbetur i zhg\u00ebnjyer kur kam par\u00eb peshk t\u00eb ardhur nga Turqia i cili n\u00eb dyqane shitet me nj\u00eb tabel\u00eb ku shkruhet \u201cPeshk Karaburuni\u201d. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme. D\u00ebmton si biznesin, ashtu edhe konsumatorin. T\u00eb vetmit q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb jan\u00eb tregtar\u00ebt sepse peshku i importit vjen me \u00e7mim shum\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Por duke e shitur si peshk Vlore, apo peshk Sh\u00ebngjini qytetar\u00ebt e blejn\u00eb m\u00eb cmim shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb\u201d-thot\u00eb Muharremi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermeri thot\u00eb se standardet e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr tregtimin e peshkut z\u00ebn\u00eb fill q\u00eb rritja e deri tek vjelja e tij. \u201cPasi lihet 24 or\u00eb pa ushqyer peshku duhet vjelur n\u00eb akull, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb i fresk\u00ebt. M\u00eb pas t\u00eb ruhet n\u00eb dhoma frigoriferike n\u00eb -2\u00baC. Nga momenti i vjeljes, duhet konsumuar brenda 12 dit\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u2019u konsideruar i fresk\u00ebt\u201d- tregon ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto jan\u00eb standardet q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon BE, t\u00eb thot\u00eb Muharremi, t\u00eb cilat sipas tij, nuk i gjejm\u00eb tek peshku q\u00eb konsumojm\u00eb, duke filluar nga m\u00ebnyra si tregtohet, apo fakti q\u00eb nuk ka nj\u00eb dat\u00eb vjeljeje dhe origjine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Drejtorin\u00eb e Doganave rezulton se vendet kryesore prej nga ne importojm\u00eb peshk jan\u00eb Greqia, Italia, Turqia dhe Kina. Pastaj vijn\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb rajonit t\u00eb Mesdheut por n\u00eb sasi t\u00eb pakta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eksperti i siguris\u00eb ushqimore dr. Ymer Elezi thot\u00eb se ekzistojn\u00eb dy ligje t\u00eb cilat e rregullojn\u00eb tregun e peshkut. Nj\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb ligji i peshkimit i cili rregullon m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e peshkimit dhe t\u00eb kultivimit t\u00eb peshkut. Nd\u00ebrsa si produkt ushqimor peshku mbulohet me ligjin e ushqimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dikur, sasia e peshkut e sapo dal\u00eb nga varkat certifikohej nga veteriner\u00ebt e qarqeve. Nd\u00ebrsa sot i ka kaluar si kompetenc\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb AKU-s\u00eb. Ky ndryshim nuk ka sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, pasi dyqanet ku tregtojn\u00eb nuk disponojn\u00eb certifikatat t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb kusht i domosdosh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministria e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Autoriteti Komb\u00ebtar i Ushqimit refuzuan t\u2019u pergjigjen pyetjeve q\u00eb \u201cTirana Tim\u00ebs\u201d pati mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e tregtimit dhe etiketimit t\u00eb prodhimeve t\u00eb detit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por n\u00eb raportin vjetor t\u00eb AKU-s\u00eb q\u00eb gazeta e disponon nuk ka asnj\u00eb mas\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuese p\u00ebr tregtar\u00ebt e peshkut, q\u00eb nga ata qe e shesin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb e deri tek eksportuesit dhe importuesit e m\u00ebdhenj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zyrtarisht n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb jan\u00eb rreth 200 subjekte t\u00eb regjistruara n\u00eb industrin\u00eb e peshkimit, por zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruar at\u00eb si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr sektor\u00ebt m\u00eb problematik n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb ka sektor peshkimi sot, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb organizimit, jasht\u00eb kontrollit, jasht\u00eb monitorimit, jasht\u00eb kushteve higjiene-sanitare, jasht\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdolloj parametri, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb peshkimi i vog\u00ebl bregdetar, duke filluar nga gryka e Bun\u00ebs n\u00eb kepin e Stillos.\u201d- tha Arian Palluqi, drejtori i Peshkimit n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2019, kur qeveria nd\u00ebrmori hapa n\u00eb disa ndryshime n\u00eb ligjin mbi peshkimin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndryshimet ligjore nuk prek\u00ebn hall\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj indisutrie, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i gjurmimit t\u00eb prejardhjes apo edhe etiketimit t\u00eb prodhimit, por qeveria synoi t\u00eb kontrolloj gjuetin\u00eb e paligjshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas ndryshimeve ligjore, kushdo q\u00eb do t\u00eb dal\u00eb p\u00ebr gjueti brigjeve t\u00eb deteve apo liqeneve, me mjete lundruese, duhet t\u00eb regjistrohet dhe organizohet n\u00eb shoqata n\u00eb nivel qarku, ose edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Pasojat tek konsumator\u00ebt<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paulo Rrapaj prej 5 vitesh ka nj\u00eb dyqan peshku n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Kavaj\u00ebs, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Si tregtar i vjet\u00ebr, Paulo k\u00ebshillon t\u00eb tregohemi t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm kur blejm\u00eb peshk. \u201cJan\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb tregtar\u00ebt q\u00eb pas dy dit\u00ebsh t\u00eb furnizimit e hedhin peshkun jo t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt\u201d- thot\u00eb Rrapaj duke shpjeguar edhe disa ve\u00e7ori t\u00eb t\u00eb dallimit t\u00eb peshkut t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKonsumator\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb zgjedhim peshk q\u00eb nuk i ka humbur elasticiteti i l\u00ebkur\u00ebs, q\u00eb luspat i ka me shk\u00eblqim dhe q\u00eb vel\u00ebzat t\u00eb mos i jen\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ngjyr\u00eb lejla. Peshku nuk duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb arom\u00eb amoniaku, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb arom\u00eb squfuri t\u00eb ket\u00eb aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb i ndenjur \u00ebsht\u00eb.\u201d- sqaron tregtari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekspert\u00ebt thon\u00eb se konsumimi i peshkut jo t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt ka pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristaq Sini, pedagog n\u00eb Universitetin Bujq\u00ebsor t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, thot\u00eb se me peshkun ndodh e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb si me \u00e7do produkt q\u00eb kalon afatin e p\u00ebrdorimit, por shkalla e alterimit (prishjes) \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e shpejt\u00eb, madje edhe m\u00eb e shpejt se e mishit. \u201cKjo sjell pasoja n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin ton\u00eb duke filluar q\u00eb nga helmimet edhe shqet\u00ebsimet gasto-enterite. Duhet t\u00eb rriten kontrollet t\u00eb peshqve q\u00eb konsumojm\u00eb, pasi kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje antibiotike dhe pjes\u00eb hormonale. Kjo ndikon keq n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e njeriut, duke rritur kolesterolin por edhe rezistenc\u00ebn ndaj antibiotik\u00ebve\u201d- thot\u00eb eksperti i siguris\u00eb ushqimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neutricionistja Diola Dosti Baftiu thot\u00eb se tek peshqit q\u00eb konsumojm\u00eb gjendet m\u00ebrkuri, nj\u00eb mineral q\u00eb ekziston natyrsh\u00ebm n\u00eb mjedis. Bakteret dhe proceset natyrale e transformojn\u00eb m\u00ebrkurin n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs organik\u00eb q\u00eb quhen metil m\u00ebrkur, nj\u00eb substanc\u00eb toksike. \u201cM\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikuar nga peshqit e pasigurt jan\u00eb n\u00ebnat gji dh\u00ebn\u00ebse dhe grat\u00eb shtatz\u00ebna, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00ebn 6 vje\u00e7 dhe personat q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga veshkat. Metil m\u00ebrkuri mund t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht placent\u00ebn dhe grumbullohet n\u00eb gjak dhe indet q\u00eb formojn\u00eb fetusin. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, t\u00eb rriturit mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb probleme me sistemin nervor dhe me sistemin kardiovaskular. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave doganore, gjat\u00eb vitin 2017 u importua p\u00ebr konsum t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm rreth 2 247 ton peshk . N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vit, z\u00ebri i eksporteve nga prodhimi vendas deklarohet rreth 2 017 ton. P\u00ebr vitin 2018 sasia e peshkut t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt ose t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb q\u00eb kemi marr\u00eb nga jasht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 2 213 ton, nd\u00ebrsa sasia e eksportuar \u00ebsht\u00eb 3 048 ton. P\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb shifrat e larta t\u00eb eksporti vler\u00ebsohen si sukses.
